We are thrilled that you are interested in getting involved with Unashamed Worship Ministries. The goal is to enhance the worship experience of the believer, that our worship would be in spirit and in truth.

Worship Ministry Application

This application is for those interested in serving with Unashamed Worship Ministries. There’s no right or wrong answer here; this simply helps us get to know you better and understand who you are.

Before filling out the form, we want you to understand that every person serving our worship ministry should have a relationship with the Lord and with other believers in their local church body. Applicants should also be in agreement with our Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith.
