For everyone who has repented and put their trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, worship is a vital part of life — it is the fruit of their life (see Hebrews 13:15). It is not just praising God or singing. It is not just music. Rather, it is submitting all of one’s life to the goal of glorifying God.

“Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God-—this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will” (Romans 12:1-2).

The worship ministry at Northbrook Alliance Church strives to honor God in every aspect of our corporate worship services. We are committed and dedicated in our various roles to the Lord and to this local body of believers. Click here to find more about what we believe.

We have the following opportunities for service:

• Worship Band: The musicians rehearse on Wednesday evenings.
• Sound Ministry: The sound ministry is open to reliable individuals who have some technical knowledge, are willing to learn, and have an ear for music. Training is available. Volunteers need to be available at least once a month for a Sunday morning.
